DESCRIPTION

As the Manager, Human Resources at Celsius, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our dynamic workplace culture. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you'll confidently manage compensation, benefits, and leave, ensuring our team feels supported and valued every step of the way. Collaborating closely with HR leadership, you'll drive Total Rewards and our workforce management strategy, with a focus on retention and succession planning. You'll provide guidance on complex HR issues, from performance management to investigating HR issues and employee relations. With your finger on the pulse of employment trends and regulations, you'll analyze data to inform our policies and programs.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Collaborates with HR leadership to understand and execute the organization's human resource strategy particularly as it relates to workforce management, retention, and succession planning.
  • Provides support and guidance to HR team members, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
  • Administers leaves of absences and workers’ compensation by communicating with employees regarding their needs for leave and/or modified work schedules. Ensures that employees are aware of their responsibilities and of any documentation and notice required to qualify for and to take leave.
  • Assists with FMLA leave administration and other leave requests, which may include accommodation requests under the ADA.
  • Administers other company time-off programs as assigned in accordance with internal policy and applicable laws.
  • Attends unemployment hearings as needed.
  • Analyzes employment-related data and prepares required reports.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in collaboration with HR leadership to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Participates in professional development webinars and events.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of human resources generalist experience
  • Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, or related field.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
