Manager, Growth Marketing
Role Summary:
The Growth Marketing Manager at Coterie is a key piece of the larger Growth team, which is responsible for growing the business via both acquisition and retention. You will focus on overall acquisition, particularly on our highly important paid social and search channels.
You will use your data-driven understanding of performance to grow your channels to hit our wider revenue goals. You will also develop a strong understanding of the drivers of acquisition across channels and be the first to identify potential issues or newfound traction that can inform wider strategy.

Areas of responsibility:
- Own paid social and search channels with a focus on strategic direction. Opportunity to extend scope into linear TV management.
- Manage two high performing contract media buyers to enact strategy - you will not need to directly optimize in Facebook and Google for this role!
- Regularly analyze performance data to identify new opportunities and reprioritize as needed to develop the appropriate response.
- Own the media testing roadmap across paid social and search. Understand how to use copy, new ad products, media buying techniques, etc. to grow overall channels.
- Analyze creative performance to uncover new creative insights and work with the Growth Creative team to develop a testing roadmap that reflects latest learnings
- Manage third party creators to achieve growth outcomes for paid social.
- Analyze day to day acquisition data across paid and organic channels to identify high potential channels or potential disruptions. Develop your understanding of cross channel interactions and synergy.
- Communicate performance, test results, and strategies to the wider growth team.
- Has 3+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience on Facebook. Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Eager to use data to solve problems. Microsoft Excel expertise.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bias towards innovation. Experience translating abstract ideas, inspiration, or insights into concrete tests that drive tangible results or learnings.
- Independent drive to succeed and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Is eager to learn, has strong multitasking skills and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- In depth experience with Google Ads
- Experience at a DTC subscription startup
- Experience with advanced analytics tools like Looker and Google Analytics
