The Manager, Graphic Designer will direct and design worldwide advertising initiatives for Tiffany & Co. This individual will create solutions that deliver on the creative strategy, within budgetary and schedule constraints. This role will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion by working closely with account, production team and staff. Additionally, this role will manage creative staff to effectively meet workload and maintain standards of excellence.
Key Accountabilities:
Creative Direction & Strategy
Create and oversee the development of innovative graphic design concepts that align with Tiffany & Co.'s brand identity and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with senior leadership to establish design direction and ensure consistency across all visual communications and branding efforts.
Provide art direction and design for Marketing, Special Projects.
Responsible for the development of design for special packaging/printed collaterals (invitations, special gifts).
360 oversight – concepts for campaigns (photography and films), concepting for activation, special projects, cross mediums.
Continuously evolve and refine brand assets to maintain relevance and appeal in the market.
Creation of typographic and branding systems.
Oversee execution, art direction, photography & retouching.
Lead regional focused marketing including Global markets with a significant focus China and Korea markets.
Continuously evolve and refine brand assets to maintain relevance and appeal in the market.
Project Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, milestones, and status reports.
Work closely with marketing, product development, digital, and retail teams to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to ensure cohesive and impactful design solutions.
Team Management and Collaboration
Mentor, guide, and inspire a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Continuously evolve and refine brand assets to maintain relevance and appeal in the market.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts
8 + years previous experience in graphic design field
Manage multiple schedules and deadlines across different project timelines
Experience working with local markets on cultural projects and demonstrated understanding of local holidays and practices
Proven experience with developing design for special packaging/printed collaterals (invitations, special gifts)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Luxury brands a plus
The hiring range for this position ranges from $117,810 - $166,320. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. Management is also eligible for bonus.
