Global Medical Education seeks a Manager, Global Medical Education, Program Engagement. You'll play a pivotal role in crafting and continuously improving education training programs that empower operative teams globally.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Medical Education, the Manager, Global Medical Education, Program Engagement will be responsible for increasing engagement, community, and cohort experience for Operation Smile’s Education Training Pathways.

Key objectives for this role are outlined below.

Manager, Global Medical Education, Program Engagement

• Create content that supports cohorts on the Operation Smile Education Pathways, including education materials and stories of success (case studies, blogs, toolkits)
• Drives engagement through targeted communication activities such as newsletters, social posts, and activities on Operation Smile Academy
• Develops engaging content for all aspect of the trainee journey including: recruitment, cohort-engagement activities, graduation, etc.
• Supports Product Leads in developing and managing an applicant recruiting plan for assigned training programs. This involves developing outreach/promotional strategies, preparing program announcements/flyers, and partnering with the regional education team on region-specific recruitment activities
• Support Product Leads in ongoing continuous improvement efforts around the trainee experience
• Maintains systems used to monitor trainees and support an excellent training experience
  
  

Requirements

Experience Required:

• 2-4 years of communications experience, project management experience a plus
• Experience with coordinating projects and supporting teams.
• Experience with CRMs and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
• Experience in learner management or contact management systems
• Preferred: experience working within health systems and at the population level in LMIC’s.?
• Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
• Knowledge of foreign languages preferred.
• Formal project management training preferred.
