Job Title: Manager, FP&A
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Manager, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), you will serve as the primary financial point of contact between Finance and IT. Your key responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and analyzing financial models related to headcount and vendor spend. You will collaborate closely with IT leadership to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential to this role.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the primary liaison between Finance and IT.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze financial models for headcount and vendor expenditures.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to create accurate budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and report on IT spending, identifying variances and trends.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Other responsibilities may be required from time to time.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization tools.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
