About The Role

We are seeking a talented Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in profit and loss review, variance analysis, forecasting, and more.

A Day In The Life Typically Looks Like

  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Ecosystem, Solution Consultants, and Strategy.
  • Developing comprehensive reporting and analytics to gauge team efficiency and success.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of reporting through vigilant monitoring.
  • Conducting variance analysis to identify key insights.
  • Working alongside compensation teams to devise effective compensation plans.
  • Identifying and addressing forecasting risks.
  • Designing and implementing robust financial models.
  • Providing essential support during the budgeting process.

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis methodologies.
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot tables, v-lookups, and formula creation.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience within the software industry.
  • US Remote: Alpharetta, GA, Dallas, TX, St. Paul, MN
