We are seeking a talented Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in profit and loss review, variance analysis, forecasting, and more.
A Day In The Life Typically Looks Like
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Ecosystem, Solution Consultants, and Strategy.
Developing comprehensive reporting and analytics to gauge team efficiency and success.
Ensuring the accuracy of reporting through vigilant monitoring.
Conducting variance analysis to identify key insights.
Working alongside compensation teams to devise effective compensation plans.
Identifying and addressing forecasting risks.
Designing and implementing robust financial models.
Providing essential support during the budgeting process.
Basic Qualifications
Previous experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
Proficiency in data analysis methodologies.
Strong Excel skills, including Pivot tables, v-lookups, and formula creation.
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Experience within the software industry.
