About the Team

The Finance & Strategy team accelerates the growth of our business by implementing new opportunities and solutions. We partner with teams across the company to improve the profitability, scalability and defensibility of our business model. We're looking for those who can model the future and collaborate to help carry projects from conception through execution. On a typical day, you may extract insights from data, build business cases for new products, and work to design and launch pilots. You'll help establish and lead some of the most impactful programs we undertake as a company.

About the Role

This role provides a unique opportunity to drive finance business partnership and strategy at a hyper-growth company. We are looking for a Finance Manager who will help support our Mid Market Sales teams with Go-To-Market (GTM) support for new restaurant merchant deals, renegotiations and other commercial agreements for both Marketplace and Drive lines of businesses. You will partner with teams across the business including Sales, Account Managers, Strategy & Operations, Product GMs, Accounting and Finance to support strategic business and financial decisions. You will develop and own financial models and business-partner to weigh-in on commercial recommendations. You will also help support or own initiatives spanning pipeline and portfolio performance improvement, pricing, policy, and Go-To-Market (GTM) focused analyses.

  • Own models and analyses to balance growth vs. profitability
  • Work with cross-functional partners to develop new processes and policies

  • 6+ years of strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking experience in a high-growth technology sector
  • Ability to influence cross functional partners at all levels
  • Experience influencing financials for various teams and initiatives
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Able to build robust financial models used by F&S teams throughout the company
  • Basic SQL proficiency (or strong willingness to learn)

Compensation

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

California Pay Range:

$136,000—$214,800 USD

New York Pay Range:

$143,200—$214,800 USD

Washington Pay Range:

$136,000—$204,200 USD
