Manager / Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Fairview Search Group, LLC has been engaged exclusively by a Charlotte based privately held diversified Real Estate investment management company to identify top candidates for a hands-on Manager / Director of Financial Analysis & Planning role!

The Manager / Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for:

• Performing detailed financial analysis including discounted cash flow models, proforma modeling analysis along with corporate financial models.
• Partnering with executive management team to facilitate strategic planning and analysis.
• Facilitating annual/quarterly asset and corporate forecast and cash flow modeling.
• Building ad-hoc reports and analyses for asset and corporate forecasting, fundraising, investor request and senior management as needed

The Successful Candidate Will Possess:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 4+ years of hands on experience in corporate financial analysis, strategic modeling, accounting, private equity (PE), REIT or real estate transaction services is required.
• Real Estate industry experience is highly preferred
• Strong Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar software
• CPA, MBA or CFA preferred
