POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Corporate Communications Manager will drive the Rams’ overall communications efforts focused on promoting the team’s business initiatives and off-the-field efforts, including in the areas of sponsorship, marketing, events, ticketing, international, real estate development, as well as overseeing the team’s communications strategy for its community engagement and football development efforts.

The Corporate Communications Manager will drive the Rams’ overall communications efforts focused on promoting the team’s business initiatives and off-the-field efforts, including in the areas of sponsorship, marketing, events, ticketing, international, real estate development, as well as overseeing the team’s communications strategy for its community engagement and football development efforts.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all Rams strategic communications and media relations off-the-field, working to elevate the Rams organization and business efforts.
- Serve as a contact with media to help drive placements in high-profile national and local outlets, creating impactful stories for both short-term news and long-term narratives.
- Develop and execute communications strategies for business-focused announcements, corporate partnerships, marketing campaigns and programs, events, entertainment and merchandise collaborations, and organizational efforts.
- Secure earned media coverage across sports, news, business, lifestyle, marketing, advertising, and entertainment media.
- Help plan and execute media availability, releases and story placement at activations throughout the year, including at gamedays, tentpole events, ribbon cuttings and other organizational efforts.
- Work as part of cross-functional, integrated teams, specifically around tentpole events and campaigns.
- Work with sponsors, vendors, marketing partners, other external outlets as needed.
- Serve as key contributor to internal communications efforts across the organization.
- Support media operations at select events at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park.
- Support the full Rams communications team for home game responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree and at least five years of communications experience, including in fields such as brand partnerships, entertainment, real estate.
- Excellent knowledge of the PR field including media relations, executive/talent preparation, media training, storytelling and story placement, and event coordination.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communications skills and excellent work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible/long hours (early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holiday, travel).
