We're looking for a Manager of Business Operations - GTM to join our rapidly growing team!

The successful candidate will work in partnership with the GVP of AMERICAS SALES and other members of the GTM organization, enabling them to work more effectively with all internal stakeholders at Cohesity. Reporting to GVP, this is a Manager level role that is highly strategic within Cohesity; one which will develop over time based on the current/future needs of the business.

The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of business acumen, sales operations experience, big-picture thinking, influencing skills, and the ability to collaborate.

How You'll Spend Your Time Here

  • Support the GVP through priority management to ensure that time is spent on key initiatives in line with company objectives
  • Put into place and oversee clear and consistent internal systems and processes for repeatable operational procedures.
  • Lead projects and programs for/with GVP; ensure strategic focus, drive alignment, and facilitate decision-making within cross-functional teams.
  • Assume ownership for facilitating best practice sharing across the business and support leaders in change initiatives
  • Work closely with the GVP to ensure you are apprised of meetings, commitments, and communications and to provide adequate preparation and support for the GVP
  • Ensure the time that WW Sales leadership staff spend together in team meetings is productively used. Identify topics for discussion and set the agenda for various meetings. e.g. staff meetings (weekly), QBRs in partnership with Finance (quarterly), leadership off-sites (quarterly)
  • Align presenters & review presentations prior to meetings to ensure meeting agenda and goals are met. Capture action items from meetings, share and follow up as necessary with staff and presenters.
  • Handle ‘one-off’ requests that periodically come to GVP from customers, partners, employees
  • Prepare for critical internal/external meetings including customers, partners, E-Staff, and Board of Directors; as an example, working with Communications for presentation development, and ensuring the GVP is versed/prepared for all items that may come up.
  • Facilitate communications between members of the WW Sales staff and the GVP; ensuring responsiveness to critical issues in a timely manner.

WE WOULD LOVE TO TALK IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • 15+ years of work experience in technology or related space. Some Management Consulting experience is highly desirable. Sales Operations experience is desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working in sales and in field sales and have the proven ability to build strong and trusted partnerships
  • Exceptional listening, oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills. The ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong teaming skills and experience to bring together diverse views.
  • A credible candidate will have a track record of consistently delivering excellent results, even in the face of changing environment and be internally recognized as a strong performer, manager with strong attention to detail and solid leadership skills.
  • The ideal candidate possesses deep analytical skills. Ability to identify patterns, process information quickly and make decisions in a timely manner.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

US Pay Range

$128,400—$160,500 USD

In-Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
