Administrative and Management Coordinator for Child Immigration Services

Caduceus currently have an opening for a full-time Administrative and Management Coordinator to work with the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) providing post-release legal services to child immigrants.

Location: Remote (work-from-home) with occasional travel to ORR sites throughout the United States (as needed).

Schedule: Will vary depending on which region is assigned, may include nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree (not required to be licensed to practice law) OR PhD in Behavioral Health or Related Field
• Five (5) years of experience in Immigration program oversight.
• Five (5) years of experience in monitoring and evaluation and/or continuous quality improvement and reporting regarding Immigration oversight
• Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English)

Scope of Work:

• Oversees referrals and coordination of Legal Immigration Services.
• Ensures eligible unaccompanied migrant children are offered legal representation and that there is no duplication of effort.
• Oversees program quality efforts to ensure fidelity to project goals.
• Works collaboratively across the project team with a focus on continuous quality improvement and accurate reporting.
• Provides reports to senior leadership on risks and provides guidance on process improvement.
• Conducts site visits to monitor service delivery.
• Work Closely with HHS/ORR
