Management Consultant - Great for College Graduate

JOB SCOPE:

Partners with Senior Level Management in various Business Units to conduct research, collect data and contribute to the development of new initiatives.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Management Consultant will have hands-on experience creating and implementing business strategies, marketing plans, and investor decks for 7+ business units stretching from e-commerce to real estate. Within 6 months, you'll be a seasoned strategy professional working on mission-critical business projects and responsible for delivering top-notch work to Transformco's C-suite. It's a dream (remote) job for a recent MBA graduate or senior associate who wants to be challenged.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In conjunction with Senior Management, develops business plans for each of Transformco's business units and new initiatives
• In conjunction with Senior Management, creates marketing/sales/go-to-market strategies for each business unit and new initiative
• In conjunction with Senior Management, prepares a company-wide, holistic strategy for Transformco that can also be used as part of a Capstone Project
• Creates marketable investor decks for five Transformco's business units
• Creates several confidential information memorandums (CIMs) for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) purposes
• As requested, drives internal consulting projects across Transformco
• At the direction of Senior Management, conducts marketing analysis for new products and services
• Fulfills financial modeling requests as needed to support analysis
• Creates and updates an internal newsletter to share valuable insights and strategic information company-wide
• Performs other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Some graduate education
• 3-4 years of related experience
• 18 years of age or older

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Master in Business Administration (MBA) or working toward completing an MBA

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Technical: Microsoft Office, financial modeling, marketing analytics
• Entrepreneurial, finance, marketing, presentation, and graphic design skills
