Position Description

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT) in the ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICE of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will assess and work to develop organizational health, strategy and management practices.
  • You will work closely with managers and executives to plan and implement change projects and strategies, which help realize the Vision, Mission and Strategic Plan of the organization.
  • You will work to redesign management processes to improve organizational health and employee satisfaction.
  • You will provide an objective analysis of current state and recommend interventions for change that will result in organizational growth.
