Position Title: Management Analyst

Location: Remote

We are seeking candidates for the role of Management Analyst. This position is remote and offers an opportunity to contribute to improving compliance and enforcement practices within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project management initiatives and implement processes to enhance compliance and enforcement authorities related to case investigations, compliance reviews, and enforcement strategies.
• Provide mission support, policy analysis, and regulatory insights to departmental leadership on matters concerning policy development, administrative rules, compliance, and enforcement mechanisms.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure adherence to compliance and enforcement authorities.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support nationwide goals through case processing, investigations, and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and implement mission activities related to enforcement efforts.
• Engage with governmental staff, federal and state agencies, complainants, covered entities, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders as necessary.
• Lead outreach initiatives including stakeholder engagement, media relations, and special projects to advance organizational mission activities, program goals, and strategic objectives.
  
  

Education And Experience

Minimum requirement is a law degree (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school or a Master’s degree from an accredited university.

Additionally, candidates must possess three years of specialized experience in a health or human services-related field.

Alternatively, a combination of education and experience may qualify, equivalent to four years of specialized experience at the GS-13/14 level in the Federal Government.
