Job Description
Join our Finance & Accounting Managed Services team and embark on a rewarding career journey where you'll collaborate with diverse teams to support our clients in overcoming challenges, implementing best practices, and optimizing their financial functions. As a Senior Manager in our Financial Planning and Analysis Managed Services (FPAMS) team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our clients while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of problem solvers in addressing complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Foster a culture of inclusivity, encouraging input from all team members.
Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors to ensure high-quality client management.
Oversee team and service delivery, including engagement delivery and application activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
Lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to business development efforts.
Provide coaching and guidance to team members, actively participating in recruitment and retention activities.
Demonstrate expertise in financial planning and analysis, consulting, and business process outsourcing in a managed service environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
Master's degree and CPA certification preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and service delivery.
Experience in business development, including sales and proposal development.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams across diverse geographies.
Familiarity with broader CFO managed services, analytics, and finance IT tools support.
