As our Maintenance Technician II, your primary focus will be keeping our guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in excellent condition. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our property is always well-maintained and looking its best.

Your Responsibilities
Interact with guests to resolve maintenance issues
Perform basic appliance troubleshooting and repair
Manage basic air-conditioning controls
Apply intermediate skills in drywall, painting/staining, and wall vinyl repairs
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning
Maintain guestroom and public space equipment
Conduct regular inspections for pest intrusion and cosmetic issues
Replace light bulbs, ballasts, and other components as needed
Repair furniture, closet/drapery tracks, and door mechanisms
Implement scheduled preventative maintenance
Maintain accurate records and inspection logs in English
Collaborate with engineering leadership and assist on special projects
Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring client satisfaction
Be a supportive team player, willing to help colleagues as needed
