Job Description

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Resolve a wide range of work orders and maintenance-related issues
  • Perform light groundskeeping tasks
  • Work closely with a small team of maintenance techs
  • Provide a high level of service and support to tenants

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1+ years of residential or building maintenance experience
  • Prior Snow-Plowing experience
  • Active driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Available for a full-time schedule
  • Ability to perform housing-related maintenance tasks
