Basic Details
Shift/Hours: 2nd, and 3rd shift
You would report to your supervisor
Job Duties:
Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment in the production atmosphere
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components on the machines and tools
Must be familiar with troubleshooting PLC’s, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Conveyors, and Boilers
Some minor building maintenance
Welding and fabrication
Follow all Lockout/Tagout Program Procedures
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of standing
Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100LBS
Ability to work safely and effectively in a production environment
