What you will do as an Maintenance Technician in the Brecon Village Senior Living Community:
Take pride in a job performed well, down to nitty gritty details
Work as a team to tackle various projects and tasks
Exercise organizational and time management skills
Utilize your handyman-esque skills in both indoor and outdoor environments, in all weather conditions
Practice safety in your use of hardware tools and various maintenance equipment
What it takes to join our team:
Prior experience with light maintenance/handyman is a plus!
Experience with hardware tools, electrical equipment, and ladder use
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and/or HVAC systems
Basic math skills
Excellent communication ability and customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s license
