Job Details

• Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing any mechanical or system failures promptly and efficiently.
• Repairing and maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Utilizing PLC to control and monitor mechanical systems and processes.
• Welding components as needed and using power tools for equipment repair and maintenance.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks.
• Keeping detailed records of all maintenance and repair work carried out.
• Collaborating with other team members to improve maintenance procedures and enhance efficiency.
• Responding promptly to emergency breakdowns and resolving issues quickly to minimize downtime.
  
  

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the engineering industry or a similar role.
• Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Solid experience in troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge and experience in PLC.
• Welding skills and the ability to use power tools safely and efficiently.
• A strong understanding of preventive maintenance procedures.
• Excellent mechanical skills and proficiency in using hand tools.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
