Job Summary: The Mobile Technician will be responsible for performing basic electrical and mechanical work, HVAC maintenance, and general facilities maintenance duties at various healthcare sites. This position is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, HVAC units, and mechanical equipment.
Conduct general facilities maintenance tasks, ensuring all work complies with safety and regulatory standards.
Respond to service requests and work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
Collaborate with site management and other team members to ensure smooth operation of facilities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service reports.
Utilize company vehicle to travel between sites, ensuring prompt arrival and departure.
Requirements:
Basic Washington State Electrical License (required).
Washington State HVAC License (preferred, training provided if necessary).
Experience in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications (NOT A MUST):
Both Electrical and HVAC licenses will be considered a significant advantage and can support fast-tracking career progression.
Previous experience in a healthcare facilities maintenance role is a plus.
