Our client, a prominent manufacturer in the financial technology sector, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong electro-mechanical skills and have experience working with PLCs and circuit boards. This position requires a proactive and independent work style, with the ability to manage projects and troubleshoot both hardware and software effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on electro-mechanical systems, PLCs, and circuit boards.
Operate and maintain machinery with precision hand movements.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Manage hazardous materials safely and comply with all safety regulations.
Utilize collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack for project management and communication.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Adapt to changing priorities and work conditions with resilience, flexibility, and agility.
Maintain and repair pneumatics and hydraulics systems.
Complete all assigned projects efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of vocational and/or maintenance technician experience.
Proficiency in PLC, AC/DC, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Experience in the ID card industry is a plus.
Familiarity with Entrust MX6100, MX8100, MxD-Mxi, or similar systems is advantageous.
Comfortable with precision hand movements during machinery operation.
Independent, proactive work style with strong project management skills.
Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting.
Ability to manage hazardous materials safely.
Basic knowledge of collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft software (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Successful completion of a drug test and criminal background check.
