Responsibilities And Duties

• Resolve a wide range of property-related issues

Qualifications And Skills

• 1+ years of residential maintenance supervisor experience
• Must have EPA or HVAC Certification
• Active drivers license
• Previous experience conducting NSPIRE Inspections
