The Regional Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance operations for a designated region of multi-family properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, a keen eye for detail, and excellent leadership skills to ensure the highest standards of property maintenance and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Supervision and Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians across multiple properties within the region
- Provide training and support to maintenance staff, to foster a collaborative work environment
- Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance initiatives
- Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance projects, addressing issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
- Collaborate with the regional management team to develop and manage the maintenance budget for the assigned properties
- Monitor and control expenses, seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors
- Obtain competitive bids for maintenance projects and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings
- Ensure all properties within the region comply with safety regulations and industry standards
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to maintenance operations
- Address resident maintenance requests promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the leasing and management teams to resolve resident concerns related to maintenance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property maintenance
- Spanish proficiency STRONGLY preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control expenses
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with relevant local and state regulations related to property maintenance
- Effective problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to travel within the designated region as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).
This position offers an annual salary ranging from $65,000-$75,000. Compensation is based on experience and education.
