We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in high and low-voltage systems, project management, electrical work, and maintenance management. Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
Supervise maintenance projects from inception to completion
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues promptly
Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and system improvements
Fabricate parts as needed for equipment repairs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Associate degree in an engineering or business-related field preferred;
At least 5 years of work in a technical field preferred;
A mechanical/electrical background is necessary. Apprenticeship program or technical school background is desirable;
Strong math skills and computer skills;
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with team members;

Proficiency in high-voltage systems
Strong project management abilities
Knowledge of logic controllers for troubleshooting
Electrical expertise for system installation and repairs
Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members
Experience supervising maintenance staff
Familiarity with low-voltage systems
