Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair activities.

Responsibilities

  • Supervisory skills and maintenance experience
  • Expertise in equipment maintenance and repair
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the refining, petrochemical, or chemical industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
