Erie Forge and Steel, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Supervisor.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years maintenance and supervisory experience or a related college degree. Interested candidates must have a thorough understanding of machinery and building maintenance. In addition to supervising hourly employees, the selected candidate is expected to track maintenance expenditures, coordinate plant maintenance projects and champion continuous improvement objectives.
