Responsible for safely maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the residential community.
Assisting Maintenance Supervisor to ensure tickets/requests are completed in a timely manner
Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of hand tools and small power tools.
All maintenance activities will follow OSHA and company safety policies at all times.
Strong communication skills to maintain good resident and future resident relations
In charge of turns and prioritize scheduling moveouts/move in
Provide assistance to Maintenance Supervisor for various tasks as needed
No requirement of On Call

Qualifications
Required one-year experience as a maintenance technician or a similar role
Must have appliance repair experience
Must pass a general maintenance test
EPA Certified required
CAMT Certification required
Required to pass drug test, pre-employment physical and background check
