Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor at AlaTrade Foods in Phenix City, AL. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance tasks, including equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair, and troubleshooting. The role requires strong supervisory skills to effectively manage a maintenance team.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage a maintenance team
Equipment Maintenance: Knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices for equipment
Preventive Maintenance: Experience in implementing preventive maintenance programs
Three years of experience in Maintenance & Repair: Proficient in the upkeep and repair of equipment. Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve issues
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5 year's Experience in the food processing industry is preferred
Technical degree or certification in a relevant field is a plus
