Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Compensation: $25-$28/hr
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with on-call rotation every 3rd Saturday
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
The Lead Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in preserving the physical condition of the community at all times. This includes maintaining a clean and well-kept living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Anticipating, identifying, and promptly addressing any property-related issues is paramount. The Lead Maintenance Technician is also responsible for implementing preventive maintenance procedures to mitigate future problems.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of Maintenance Supervisor Experience
HVAC Certification and EPA Certified
Experience doing Appliance Diagnostics
Multifamily/Residential Experience
