Qualified Maintenance and Construction is a service company that handles retail commercial facility maintenance with its home office in New Braunfels, Texas. We service New Braunfels, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Corpus Christi, Victoria and all surrounding areas. We are currently searching for a licensed plumber in the Houston area. This individual should possess excellent organizational skills and problem solving abilities. Based on the nature of our business, from time to time, our plumbers might be asked to perform basic handyman work while on site if a work order encompasses more than plumbing work.
Qualified candidates must also have their own tools.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Repairing pipe lines
Change out toilets
Faucet/sink installs
Clear/auger lines
Change out water heaters
