Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to enhance asset reliability and capacity through effective engineering and maintenance practices.
Salary: 100-120K

Day shift M-F
Key Responsibilities:
Promote a positive work culture: Safety, Integrity, Quality, Teamwork, Accountability
Collaborate with Factory and Corporate Engineering on capital projects
Ensure spare parts, manuals, and prints for new installations meet standards
Incorporate safety in all tasks and projects
Develop bid packages and manage Replacement in Kind projects
Assist in project budgeting and maintenance strategies
Participate in final check-outs of capital projects
Establish maintenance procedures for new installations
Ensure reliability of equipment and systems
Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance processes
Coordinate maintenance services and inspections
Minimize process downtime during planned maintenance shutdowns
Improve maintenance efficiency and reliability
Support technical, environmental, and safety procedure development
Plan production capacity based on maintenance needs
Apply value analysis to repair/replace decisions
Develop standardized programs for materials, equipment, and spare parts
Stay updated on advancing maintenance technology
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field
5-7 years of maintenance engineering experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to maintenance
