Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer at Concorde Hotel New York located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on the hotel's facilities and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order. They will also handle any emergency maintenance requests and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
Qualifications
Prior experience in maintenance and repair work
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Certifications in relevant maintenance fields are a plus
