Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Experience with essential hand tools and basic power tools
  • Skills in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, flooring, painting, and snow removal


Job Duties:

  • Maintain the building and grounds for a secure and organized environment
  • Perform essential maintenance and repairs
  • Handle tools and equipment with care and precision
  • Address minor repairs across various facility components
  • Change HVAC equipment filters regularly
