Are you a natural problem-solver with a keen eye for detail? As a Machine Operator &/or Forklift Driver you will:
Operate both manual and automated machinery to ensure efficient production.
Drive exceptional product quality through proactive machine monitoring and meticulous cable inspection.
Label and weigh products, fill out reports, and expertly manage materials to ensure a seamless workflow.
Take charge with tasks like loading/unloading materials, operating forklifts or pallet jacks, and keeping things organized.
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve daily production goals.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might:
Have 2-4 years of manufacturing experience
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, & commitment to safety/quality standards
Be a team player and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Have a strong mechanical aptitude & ability to follow instructions.
Have excellent hand-eye coordination & ability to handle physical tasks lifting materials up to 50 lbs.
