We have IMMEDIATE openings for motivated and reliable Machine Operators (ex. Stackers, Liquefiers, Scalers, Robot, Die Cut Techs, Box Makers, Mixers and Palletizers) on 2ND SHIFT with a good company. This position works 10-hour shifts 4 days/week (Monday through Thursday). Must be flexible to work Overtime on Fridays, but no Weekends.
Shift hours will either be 2:30pm-2:15am or 3:45pm-2:15am, depending on which machines you are operating.
Pay rate is $16.75/hr.
Qualifications
Previous machine operator experience REQUIRED
Previous manufacturing/production experience is REQUIRED
Food manufacturing experience is a PLUS
Strong math skills
Basic computer skills
Leadership skills
Speak, read and write English (Spanish is a PLUS)
Problem solving skills
Ability to follow procedures
Work well in a team environment
Ability to work without having motion sickness
Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds routinely
Must be able to walk throughout the facility, stand, bend, lift, and twist throughout shift
Requirements
High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required
Background and Drug Screenings will be completed
Must have reliable transportation - attendance is key
Steel toe shoes are REQUIRED
Must have a "safety first" mindset
