Lucid VP, Credit/Structured Credit Financing Coverage

Our unwavering commitment is to deliver exceptional results for our clients, and we are actively seeking a VP, Credit/Structured Credit Financing Coverage to join our dedicated team to grow our counterparty relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is an opportunity to join a high growth, multi-billion-dollar business and a dynamic team in a fast-evolving market. It will require a strong combination of business development, fixed income expertise, and proven client-facing experience.

As a Vice President, you will accomplish the following:

· Source new financing opportunities in the secured funding market

· Develop new sales relationships

· Maintain and enhance current relationships; growing market share

· Execute transactions and monitor the markets

· Position the firm for new opportunities and originate solutions-based transactions

· Help grow strategic business lines of the firm

Requirements:

· 4+ years of secured funding, repo experience, prime brokerage and/or trading experience in structured products or financing

· Existing relationships and ability to actively and energetically build new relationships with fixed income counterparties

· Exceptional organizational skills and ability to develop a process-driven gameplan

· Self-starter with outstanding problem-solving and task-completion skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment – work closely with senior members of the team and independently

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - 200,000 yr+, commensurate with experience. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, health care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. Our pay-for-performance compensation philosophy means your total compensation may vary based on role, department, and individual performance.

Our Work Model:

Our hybrid work model is designed for collaboration while supporting flexibility for all. Employees currently work at least four days in the office per week, with the opportunity to work from home on Fridays.
