Position Summary: Provides coolant and lubricant support for production equipment.
Essential Job Functions include, but not limited to, the following:
Provide routine lubrication to machines and equipment.
Maintain proper coolant mix in rolling mills.
Collect and send coolant for analysis then read/interpret/respond to lab reports as necessary.
Safely dispose of coolant waste following any legal and/or company procedures.
Coordinate with production to cause minimal disruption of production schedules.
Demonstrate competency and maintain valid licenses for the following equipment:
Forklift
Overhead Crane/Hoist
Scissor Lift
Complete maintenance work orders in Plexus.
Utilize a refractometer for testing.
Maintain inventory of coolants.
Additional functions, not specifically outlined in this position description, as directed by the leader.

High School Diploma or GED
