Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer customized solutions tailored to their unique circumstances.

Efficiently manage incoming leads, providing prompt and accurate information to address client queries and concerns.

Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage and offer tailored insurance plans that align with their specific requirements.

Recognize opportunities to expand client portfolios by introducing relevant insurance products and services.

Foster lasting relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Stay informed about industry developments and trends to provide clients with up-to-date and knowledgeable advice.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Utah Property & Casualty License required

Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to build rapport and trust with clients.

Results-Driven: Strong motivation to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fully remote work environment.

Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members and support a positive work environment.

Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
