OVERVIEW:

This role exists to support in the ideation and deployment of loyalty efforts that aim to increase customer engagement and retention.

The Customer Loyalty Specialist will report to the Customer Loyalty Manager. The Loyalty Specialist is responsible for supporting daily operations of loyalty and referral programming. They will work to develop personalized strategies that meet team goals and KPIs. This is a heavily collaborative role, and the candidate will work with peers across marketing to ensure seamless execution and implementation of plans.

Please note t his is a hybrid role partially based in our New York City office. All candidates must be local or willing to relocate. You must also be authorized to work in the United States .

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Responsible For:

Loyalty Program Maintenace & Growth

  • Support the Loyalty Manager in the implementation of the loyalty program
  • Discover new ways to drive customer loyalty and engagement at Gymshark
  • Manage retention initiatives (loyalty & referral) that look to improve customer lifetime value
  • Plan personalised customer experiences which acquire, retain or reactivate high-value customers
  • Create loyalty specific rewards supported by customer data and feedback


Referral Program Management

  • Monitor referral program to ensure a good customer experience
  • Uncover optimizations & testing opportunities to reach monthly goals
  • Monthly planning for future initiatives
  • Handle weekly referral reporting across different regions
  • Establish cross-functional stakeholder relationships


Analyze Data & Insights

  • Assist in the day-to-day monitoring of loyalty program performance including tracking of customer enrollment, point accrual, and reward redemption


Accountable For:

  • Maintaining weekly reporting for both referral & loyalty program
  • Lead monthly ideation sessions for retention efforts
  • Collaboration with marketing channels to execute campaigns that drive program growth
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback
  • Keeping informed on industry trends

This role has a salary range between $63,000-$73,000. The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.
