Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Loyalty Marketing Manager located in Tampa, FL. The Loyalty Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing loyalty implementing marketing strategies to retain and grow the base, and creating communication plans using email, direct mail, social, and our web site. The role will involve developing and executing campaigns, analyzing guest data, and driving guest engagement and retention through loyalty initiatives.
