Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with standards.
Assist with the implementation of all policies and procedures.
Perform Guest Room and Laundry Attendant duties when not inspecting.
Assist Guest Room and Laundry Attendants in completion of daily duties.
Keep lines of communication open with other departments.
Conduct disciplinary procedures as needed.
Complete accident and injury reports as needed.
Assume leadership duties when the Executive Housekeeper is absent or otherwise unavailable.
Assign duties as needed.
Provide guests with requested information and services (i.e. casino information and directions).
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications
Housekeeping experience.
Skills, Knowledge & Attributes
Knowledge of Guest Room Attendant policies and procedures.
Self-starter.
Strong leadership abilities.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Universal Requirements
Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
Regular attendance and punctuality.
Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
