We are looking for an accomplished Food Service Director to take charge of a very important account for us. A background in campus or healthcare dining is an absolute must. Prior experience in overseeing multiple outlets as well as substantial expertise with banquets and catering is needed. Comes with a very competitive salary and substantial benefits.

Food Service Director Responsibilities

• Ensure special event calendars are in place on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
• Identify and recommend new sales and revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate with the District Manager regarding client communications and the retention process.
• Develop a business plan and budget for the unit with the District Manager.
• Coach and counsel associates and managers as needed, provide continuous performance feedback, and apply appropriate development tools to assist in their individual growth.
  
  

Food Service Director Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role in Campus or Hospital Dining
• Steady career progression and tenure.
• Oversight to a team of 5+ managers and 60+ team members
  
  

Food Service Director Compensation

• A competitive Salary of $90 to $97K and very attainable bonuses.
