Summary
As our Logistics Specialist & Operations Analyst you will be responsible for processing customers’ orders, generating Sales and MRP reports, and logistics planning.
MUST HAVES
Microsoft 365
SAP Transactions Knowledge or some sort of ERP Systems
Supply Chain
NICE TO HAVES
HVAC or the Commercial Ovens industry experience
Bilingual in Mandarin
Customer Service experience
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, receive and process orders, create and distribute documentation
Input data into ERP system, distributing documentation accordingly
Evaluate and manage orders to ensure they are accurately dated and achieve on-time delivery that meets customer requirements
Provide proactive customer service and support facility operations
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Inventory and Management Operations
Review MRP requirement and create reports to determine material supply needs.
Creating and release of work orders to the shop floor, in a timely manner
Creating and maintaining process flow charts for key, critical, or new products
Business Reporting – Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments
Education & Experience
Degree in business or similar studies and/or equivalent experience supply chain background
2+ years of experience managing transactions through SAP ERP system
Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
Demonstrated understanding of Operations Management best practices
