About the Job


The Logistics Specialist will manage cargo claims, delivery project management, process RMA’s, vendor relations, and provide updates to management on shipments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in distribution, customer service, and managing deliveries. This position interacts regularly with Finance, Sales Operations, and external vendors.


What you’ll be doing


  • Reconcile 3PL inventory reports with Oracle record on a monthly basis and during bi-annual physical counts
  • Support month, quarter, and year-end closing including processing transactions in Oracle and running reports
  • Work with 3PL providers for reconciliations and corrective actions
  • Obtain shipment Proof of Delivery within 48 hours of actual delivery.
  • Manage logistics suppliers to ensure understanding and compliance with this requirement
  • Own cargo claim research, filing, and resolution
  • Shipment delivery coordination
  • Large delivery project management


Your Qualifications

  • Associates degree or higher in Supply Chain or relatable field is required
  • 2-3 years of logistics, supply chain, or distribution experience
  • Must have strong Excel Skills to create daily reports and track inventory
  • A self-starter, quick learner, and problem solver, detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Previous experience with ERP system is required
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
  • Competency in Microsoft Office application
  • Enthusiasm for the Renewable Energy industry

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. Additional discretionary incentive may be available. Full-time employees are eligible for PTO, medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) plan and flexible spending accounts, subject to plan terms.
