As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our supply chain and distribution processes run smoothly. You will work closely with members of our procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and in pristine condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the supply chain and distribution processes for Luneta, LLC
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products
Collaborate with procurement team to identify and onboard new suppliers
Optimize distribution routes and negotiate with carriers to secure cost-effective shipping options
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
Troubleshoot any logistics or distribution issues and propose effective solutions
Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and carriers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
At least 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
Strong knowledge of logistics and distribution processes
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other logistics software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Salary: $32,000 to $53,000 yearly
