Purpose of Role:** The Logistics Specialist will support supply chain operations in North America, ensuring best-in-class service levels for internal and external customers while adhering to safe and efficient stewardship practices.
Required Experience:**
Recent experience directly supporting Supply Chain Operations and Logistics.
Advanced experience with SAP, particularly in TM (Transportation Management) and OTC (Order to Cash) transactions.
Strong problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving SAP discrepancies and issues.
Exceptional Excel skills, including advanced formulas and features typical in high-volume environments.
Duties:**
Execute a high volume of SAP transactions with the ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
Create stock transfer orders to facilitate reverse logistics (product returns).
Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure accurate and timely processing of return orders.
Investigate third-party warehouse inventory discrepancies and support the warehouse inventory reconciliation process.
Perform renaming of batch/lot codes to correct inventory master data.
Process freight invoices rejected by third-party audits, adhering to timeline expectations.
Investigate root causes of freight invoice errors to prevent future rejections and improve processes.

Verify that sites and tanks we ship to comply with stewardship requirements and are authorized to repackage.
Educate internal stakeholders and partners on compliance with government and industry regulations.
Offer prompt and seamless reverse logistics to maintain customer loyalty.
Coordinate re-labeling/repacking at 3PLs and align with stakeholders.
Execute product disposal within regulatory guidelines.
Ensure timely and accurate payments to service providers.
