Your Mission:

• Conduct comprehensive project scoping, quantifying financial impacts and defining deliverables
• Develop robust multi-workstream plans, managing all resources and dependencies
• Navigate complexities by leading cross-functional working sessions with internal experts
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently through exceptional organizational abilities
• Implement effective controls, KPIs, change management, and data-driven course correction
• Collaborate across manufacturing, procurement, finance, customer service, and sales teams
• Deliver strategic recommendations to leadership driving logistics excellence

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
• 10+ years of logistics/supply chain experience with truck, rail and ocean freight knowledge
• Proven abilities leading and motivating high-performing, matrixed project teams
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong business acumen with expertise in analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Willingness to travel 20% to support mission-critical logistics initiatives
