Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations: This encompasses stock management, handling of incoming inventory, systematized warehousing, periodic inventory counts, and overseeing warehouse lease agreements.
• Execute order processes efficiently. Duties include packing merchandise, coordinating deliveries, and managing any transportation-related complications. This role also includes managing the dispatch and receipt of vital documents, such as checks.
• Handle expenses promptly and accurately. Responsibilities include confirming express fees, purchasing and distributing consumables, and submitting reimbursement claims when needed.
• Assist with support tasks for other departments within the Sales division.

Qualification:

• Fluent in both Chinese and English with the capability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Prior experience in warehousing and logistics is advantageous.
• Residency in Oakland or the willingness to relocate there for employment is a must.
• Exhibits a pronounced sense of duty and meticulousness in all undertakings.
• Prepared to embark on occasional short-duration business trips when necessary.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. minimum
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
