We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our logistics operations including: transportation, warehousing, and inventory control. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize supply chain performance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize supply chain performance
Negotiate contracts with transportation providers, warehouse operators, and other vendors
Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity in the event of disruptions
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in logistics management
Proven track record of success in improving efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing supply chain performance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
